We utilize information and communication technology (ICT) such as intelligent transportation systems (ITS) to address the issues and challenges faced by regional areas and society, such as an aging population, global warming and sustainable growth. In doing so, we promote the eco-friendly movement of goods and people (Green by ICT), develop measures for regional revitalization, conduct social experiments and evaluation, and help to build and operate various systems. We also work on proposals for various measures that utilize traffic-oriented big data, a concept that has attracted attention in recent years.
