Overview
  • Focused on development of a smart city centered on an industrial estate.
  • A Feasibility Study was carried out on business planning for the construction, operation and maintenance of shared utility facilities. These facilities consolidate services such as power and cooling that are currently maintained separately by the existing factories. By operating this as a third-party business that centrally manages demand, the industrial estate can transform into a smart community with more efficient systems. PCKK continues its involvement through on-going commericialization surveys.
